General & Living Area

Water Heater (Boiler): Ensure the water heater is switched OFF.
TV Settings: Ensure the TV interface/language is set to English.
Remote Controls: Check that all remotes (TV & AC) are working (check batteries).
Climate Control: Set the AC/Heating temperature according to the current season.
Remotes Placement: TV and AC remotes in each room on the side table near the sofa or bed.
Internet: Check Internet speed to ensure Wi-Fi is working at full capacity.
Walls Inspection: Check all apartment walls for dampness, moisture or peeling paint.
Sofa Bed (If appicable): Sofa is prepared for guest, cushions are in the basket or bedroom.
Balcony: Floor swept, railings wiped and drainage clean and free of leaves/debris
No Smoking Evidence: Check for cigarette butts, ash or smells.
Floors: 100% free of dust, hair and debris (especially in corners).
Dust Inspection: Check above the refrigerator, behind the TV, above the wardrobe, and the toilet vent for accumulated dust.

Bedroom

Bed Linens: Freshly laundered, pulled tight, and 100% hair-free (use a lint roller)
Baby Crib (If applicalble): Crib with linens, a small towel, verify the mattress is inside.
Under the Bed: Completely clean with zero dust, hair or leftover items.
Storage: Closets and drawers are empty and wiped clean.

Kitchen

Kettle: Descale and ensure the inside of the kettle is 100% free of limescale.
Appliances: Deep clean the inside of the oven and microwave (where applicalble)
Fridge: Deep clean inside and out (no food residues or stains).
Cabinets: All dishes and cutlery inside are 100% clean, dry and organized.
Countertops: Wiped clean with zero crumbs, grease or dust.
Sink: Dry and polished with no food residue or water spots.

Bathroom

Shower Drain: Check inside the drain. It must be 100% free of hair/clogs.
Towel Placement: Towels must be in the bathroom (not on the bed) if space allows.
The "No Hair Rule": Double-check the shower floor, sink and toilet for stray hairs.
Silicones & Grout: Ensure all silicones are white without mold or black spots. Check that ceramic grooves (grout) are not yellow or missing.
Shower Fixtures: Check the shower head and pipe for mold, stains or scale.
Shower Strips: Verify the silicone plastic strips are not worn out or yellowed.
Toilet: Sanitized and spotless (check the base and behind the seat).
